This is the wine previously known as Winemakers Selection, now rebadged as Signos de Origen, it's a single vineyard wine from La Vinilla in the Casablanca Valley. Organic grapes of course, the vineyard is cool climate and well suited to these mostly late harvest varieties. Peachy and spicy on the nose with nutty oak.
Really rich and complex, stone fruits, lime, mango and spice on the palate with nutty toasty oak. It's a really full flavoured white with tropical fruits and spice and a long toasty finish, just a touch of phenolics too. It's so weighty and rich that you would not want much of this but a glass or two with the right food would be hugely rewarding, will age 2-3 years too.
