This rosé is made from 100% Syrah. Really salmon orange/pink in colour. Not showing much on the nose, some cherry and delicate spice. It's quite deliacte with some cherry, peach and spice with citrus acidity on the finish. I am sure it would be good with the local cuisine, but i find it slightly inbetween styles, it's not a delicate Provence style, neither is it a fuller food style. Quite tasty but better around.
