A really good rosé made from Cinsault and Mourvedre. Attractive pale salmon pink colour. Delicate cherry fruit on the nose. Fresh and tangy on the palate, strawberry and cherry, almost creamy with delicate spice and a long finish.
Lovely food style, dry with good weight, delicate but with enough depth. Delicious.
