An excellent value Sauvignon Blanc from False Bay. Grassy and herbaceous on nose with attractive citrus fruit. Dry and tangy, minerally too, again herbaceous with citrus zest, hints of graphite too. Really crisp and not tropical which makes a nice change, definitely more than a passing nod to the Loire.
