This is a just bottled sample. Wild yeast fermented. Ripe pear and apple on the nose with a touch of pepper.It's really tangy and fresh on the palate, a touch yeasty as just bottled but already showing well. Some peach along with citrus fruit, good acidity and a touch of classic Gruner Veltliner pepper. Sure to flesh out over the next few months and looks to be an excellent follow up to the 2010.
