We have enjoyed this wine over the last couple of years and this new 2011 is also delicious. Made from organic Garnacha Blanca and Viognier, unoaked.
Aromatic on the nose with stone fruits, especially apricot, and spicy pear, some flowery notes too. Really tangy on the palate, apricot, white peach and some limey citrus zest, almost grapey. It's bright and fresh with good depth and clean acidity on the finish. Really delicious, it's different and hugely appealing.
