Another good 'regular' Catena Malbec. As ever it's not in the rich opulent style, more a structured quite elegant wine, and definitely a wine that is best with food. Black fruits with some vanillan oak, chocolate and spice on the nose.
Juicy with red and black fruits, oak and cedar with quite firm ripe tannins. Long and it needs air, and better still time to show it's best. Could well appeal to the claret drinker as well as those who regularly drink new world wine.
