Hawkes Bay 75cl
A Hawkes bay Pinot Gris aged on yeast lees after fermentation. Spicy and nutty on the mose with melon and ripe pear. It's a lovely textured, bright Pinot Gris ripe apple and stone fruits, pear and spice, has a gentle creamy note. Dry and tangy, good weight and length, and interesting because whilst still full bodied is much drier than many.
