Hdermit on the Hill is a fairly small boutique winery, the owner being a championb of Sauvignon Blanc. This apperas to be a brand new release, nothing about the wine on the label, just some guff. I assume this is a wild yeast fermented Sauvignon. Herbaceous with graphite on the nose. Fresh and tangy, it's dry with limey acidity, is quite funky Sauvignon, herbaceous with a touch of white peach. Quite weighty and certainly an interesting style, though i don't find it that immediately appealing, marks for interest and it could develop very well.
