A really attractive blend of 70% Zweigelt, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, harvested and vinified separately, aged in oak for around 16 months and c25% new oak. It's a bright juicy style, berry, cherry and plum with a touch of oak and green herb. Medium bodied it's a really round, soft approachable style, lots of black and red cherry with spice and creamy oak. Good acidity too, a very attractive medium bodied red.
