This is the new Salvation. The third release. A touch of Semillon was added at blending to just give some extra palate weight. Zesty, tangy nose with hints of lychee and ginger and citrus on an aromatic nose. Like the 2008 it's a crisp style. Nice tangy citrus and spice on the palate. Ginger and lime with hints of stone fruits too, with lovely honeyed spicy fruit and crisp acidity. More weight and richness than the 2008 with a lovely fresh finish. Will grow further in time and shows good potential. Great food wine too, bring on the spice but also a great aperitif as not at all heady
