Nautilus take thert Pinot Noir very seriously, having a dedicated winery just for Pinot. They practice minimal handling and gravity flow giving the wine a lovely silky texture. This is the brand new 2010, Lovely raspberry and plum on the nose with spice and some toasty oak. Medium bodied and full of lovely sweet raspberry and black cherry with a touch of plum, spice too and integrated oak. It's got a lovely mouthfilling texture with good acidity, and is really quite delicious. Some ripe tannins too means this wine will age well, though it's so lovely now it will be hard to resist.
