Sample; a pretty tasty example this, later harvested I guess, but still retaining some excellent acidity and freshness to keep the clean yet rich fruit in check. Good minerals on the mid-palate, this would be lovely to try in another couple of years, though with oily fish/real chicken, I'd bosh the lot quite fast. And to heck with the consequences.
