I'm normally pretty receptive to Wakefield/Taylor's wines but sadly the only positive thing about this was it's carbon neutral claim..
An 07 white from a warm part of Oz made from Chard and Viognier weighing in at 14.5% alcohol was ringing alarm bells before even opening.
I could take this apart but what would be the point. It isn't for me and probably not for those that made it either as their website features no 08 version of this wine
