This is the family white wine. A blend of Roussanne 70%, Grenache Blanc 11%, Viognier 9%, Sauvignon Blanc 5%, Chenin Blanc. Around 15% alcohol. Really honeyed and spicy on the nose with rich almost tropical fruits, a nuttiness and oak. It's a big rich textured spicy white wine, full of citrus and peachy fruit, with spice, nuts, butterscotch and cream. It's long and full and really quite delicious, not a quaffer but for sure a great food wine and will most likely age well for 3-4 years.
