A really impressive Rioja. 92% Tempranillo and 8% Garnacha aged 15 months in American oak. dense nose with ripe red berry and meat with oak and spice. It's juicy with lots of berry fruits, good acidity and well judged oak. A nice style that sits in between the modern and traditional style crianza. Drinking well now, with lovely subtle creamy oak. Sure to improve too.
