A new release from the cooler Adelaide Hills. Unoaked, lovely honeyed ripe pear and stone fruits, with spice and rosehip. Crip on the palate with lovely plum, redcurrant, citrus, ripe pear, spice and pear drop acidity. Really tangy and fresh with excellent acidity. It's a very attractive fresh, clean, crisp Pinot Gris.
