Monterrei is a new DO on me, it's another region in Galicia. This is attractively packaged, and is also an attractive wine. Zesty on the nose with lemon and lime zest and a hint of white peach and nectarine. It's crisp and quite full with ripe pear and honeyed citrus on the palate again hints of nectarine and gentle spice. It's tangy and well rounded with plenty of extract. A most tasty white that would be good with some fresh meaty fish.
