A delicate Rosé from Philip Shaw- it's a saignee style meaning it's juice bled off a red wine ferment after a short period of time, giving it a delicate pink colour. Bright cherry fruit on the nose. It's crisp, dry and fresh on the palate, but not too dry. Lots of strawberry and cherry fruit. All round it's quite a delicate Rosé with enough fruit to keep it interesting. Really quite tasty.
