A really delicious new white Bordeaux. Made with Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Muscadelle and Semillon, unoaked. Lovely aromatic nose with grassy Sauvignon, almost tropical fruits and citrus zest. A touch flowery too. It's crisp and tangy on the palate with loads of stone fruit balanced with fresh acidity and a hint of herbaceousness. It's zesty, crisp and clean, and really alive, quite delicious.
