Lovely baked apple with clove and cream on the nose, some nutty oak too, really appealing. It's still crisp and fresh with rich apple and spice on the palate, a creamy texture too, with stone fruits. It's got bags of character, has richness and varietal flavour and spice with a great texture. Tangy and fresh too. Very good.
