Sample; this wine has always been a step up from the normal Sauvignon's, and while this is a little tight, it is excellent. Textured and slightly fuller in body than standard with a richer feel in general - I had a 2006 of this just a couple of weeks prior which was stunning, and just goes to prove that Sauvignon Blanc's can improve and don't need to be drunk within the first 6 months of release! Stash this 2007 away for another 6-18 months and then enjoy!
