An excellent Vinho Verde. From the best sub region for Vinho Verde- Moncao. It's bottled in a traditional brown flute which means it's not the best packaged. Has a good amount of the premium Alvarinho variety in the wine. Fresh aromatic nose with sherbet-like lime citrus fruit. Has a fair bit of spritz to it, it's dry, lively and tangy. Lovely lime and subtle white peach fruit,a touch of classic saline to it as well. Really crisp and refreshing and at 11% alcohol a great aperitif. One of the best i have tried, and a great aperitif, Summer quaffer, or with some really fresh simply prepared fish. Delicious!
