It's been a few years since i tried a Pauletts Riesling. From the Polish Hill sub region. Classic lemon and lime nose, really fresh and zesty. It's dry and crisp, with the merest hint of petrol, it's got lovely lime pastille and lemon fruit with tangy acidity. Has a lovely balance and is extremely drinkable. The lime cordial/pastille really persistent. Properly dry.
