This is Fritz's entry level field blend. From mixed vineyards with many varieties planted. This year it's in the traditional flute, rather than the the clear Bordeaux bottle. Has an attractive zesty nose, touch of perfume with white peach, citrus zest and a touch of spice. It's dry, clean and fresh with again ripe citrus fruit, hint of white peach and limey acidity. Light in body but with plenty of flavour. It's tangy and refreshing. Lovely Summer white wine.
