An Italian inspired blend. 84% Sangiovese, 8% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright cherry, cassis, herb and a touch of mint on the nose. Juicy on the palate with bright red fruits, cherry and plum again. Good acidity and ripe tannins too. Attractive fruit and very appealing, not for keeping but for enjoying with Mediterranean foods.
