A stunning oak aged Sauvignon. The best grapes from the Coal Valley are fermented and matured in new French barriques. An amazing ripe nose with peach,mango and oak with green pea and herbaceous notes. It's full and rich on the palate with ripe peachy fruit, mango again with hints of pea and grassy pungent herbaceous notes. Creamy oak too on an extraordinarily long finish. It's an amazing mouthful and sure to age very well. Very individual and distinctive. Pricey but is comparable to top white Bordeaux.
