I know Noel reviewed the 2006 of this recently so I guess this is more archive material.
This is not quite as dense or as opulent as the Herzog (Hans) wine we have sold but it has an attractive sweet red fruited nose. Very much medium bodied with soft red cherry/berry fruits and a a slightly herbal edge. This is drinking nicely now and a can't see much of a reward for extended cellaring.
