I have always liked the Foradori wins. This is textbook Teroldego. Medium bodied with sour cherry on the nose, dried herbs, plum and spice on the nose. It's classically bitter sweet with sour and ripe cherry, dried herbs, spice, cedar and some some tannin. Hints of raisin though it's fresh enough. It's a good drink and was great with some spicy sausages this evening.
