Gives off plenty of development on the nose with typical lamp oil and lime.
Big palate with lots of flavour and lots of acidity and pretty much bone dry. Rich, honeyed fruit at the fore then bang with acidity and a steely almost raspingly bone dry finish G&T meets Riesling style.
Tough work to just sit and drink through (Sure I'll manage) crying out for some shellfish
