A rich Pinot Gris from the renowned, but new to me Bilancia winery. Ripe and honeyed with stone fruits and spice ripe melon as well. It's rich and tangy with great weight. Honeyed, spicy fruits, rich with great weight. Pretty dry, though not overlly with a rich texture and a long fresh finish. A great food style with enough crisp acidity to make it very drinkable.
