This excellent Riesling was a gold medal winner in the International Wine Challenge. Made in a Spatlese style. Lovely fruit on the nose ripe apricot, white peach and lime. It's medium-medium dry but with such vibrancy and crisp acidity you don't really feel the sweetness. Deliberately bottled with some of the natural C02 of fermentation so it has a slight feeling of spritz. Zesty, tangy and really drinkable. Clean and pure with again apricot and lime on the palate. It's a great aperitif style but would also work well with lightly spiced dishes. Delicious.
