Coming from 2 of South Australian regions, this may be the best Heartland Shiraz to date. Deep in colour, rich berry fruit and some typical regional (from both regions) mint and oak. Rich and dense, yet really soft and juicy. Lovely cherry and red berry fruit, a touch of black cherry too. Spice and integrated oak witha touch of mint that does not detract. It's vibrnacy and silky texture are what really appeals. As good a £7.99 Shiraz as you will find in my book! It may age, but just drink it is my advice!
