What's included in this mixed case?

Pinkster Gin NV

Pinkster has a mix of five select botanicals including juniper and raspberry. The core spirit is distilled at G&J (formerly Greenalls) to their own secret recipe before being shipped to Pinkster's HQ near Cambridge, where it's hand steeped in fresh raspberries grown locally. This is a natural process which results in the distinctive colour and flavour profile. Pinkster is not a fruit gin, like a sloe gin, it's best consumed as a long drink. Fabulous served with mint leaves, just torn in half, with some whole raspberries and fevertree tonic, I also like a squeeze of lime juice. Looks the part and tastes the part.

Fisher's London Dry Gin NV

Fishers Gin combines rare old English herbs and botanicals with distilled barley, sourced entirely from East Anglian farmers. Born from the union of master distiller John McCarthy and Oxford University botanist James Firth, Fishers Gin reflects a passion for nature and research, capturing the wild and forgotten flavours of the English coastline. "James Firth, our head botanist, spent countless hours scouring historical manuscripts and looking at medieval herbalists to revive ingredients long thought extinct. Each one of our selected wild botanicals (Spignel, Rock Samphire, Wood Aven and Bog Myrtle) has been ethically sourced, many foraged daily by James, and are native to the Suffolk cost. At the Copper House distillery, the botanistís work is done and James hands over to John McCarthy, our award-winning Adnams distiller. The carefully prepared roots, leaves, seeds and berries are steeped in the barley spirit overnight and then receive a final shot-distillation in a copper gin still. " Makes a great Martini, and also a lovely dry Gin & Tonic, grapefruit makes a good garnish, but also lemon and a sprig of rosemary helps to bring out the unique botanicals.

Cambridge Dry Gin NV

The Cambridge Distillery is the world''s first gin tailor, creating unique blends for some of the world''s best restaurants, bars, hotels and institutions, as well as discerning individuals. Their scientific approach to distillation has led to them being described as ''the pinnacle of the 21st century gin renaissance''. Continually revising and innovating, The Cambridge Distillery has produced some of the world''s most coveted gins. They are a small team (two people and a labrador) making a big impression. Cambridge Dry Gin is created from botanicals grown in the distillery gardens, and locally foraged throughout the year to make a gin for all seasons. The base note of Macedonian juniper is complimented by local botanicals such as lemon verbena, angelica seed, blackcurrant leaf, the herbs basil and rosemary, and flower petals from rose and violets. As with all of the Cambridge Distillery Gin gins each botanical is distilled individually, in volumes of less than 2 litres, under vacuum to preserve the freshest qualities possible.
