Chateau Saint Roch Vieux Figuier Cotes Catalanes IGP 2023

Fabulous organic white from the Cotes Catalanes region in the Languedoc-Roussillon Made with 70% Roussanne and 30% Vermentino. Wild yeast fermented and aged on its lees for 3 months, and 15% sees some oak aging. Perfumed- jasmine, floral notes, stone fruits and hints of lime, similar on the palate with good acidity. A tangy appealing style, with just a hint of spice, sure to be a versatile food wine too.
