Domaine la Bruyère's 20ha are located on the secondary valleys of Loir-et-Cher, on clay-limestone soils with a layer of flint. Vines are cultivated following the principles of sustainable agriculture. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes their Touraine Chenonceaux Blanc is the result of a rigorous selection process, both of parcels at harvest and of particular cuvées. The final wine rests on lees for eightmonths before bottling.
Enticingly peach-perfumed on the nose, this delicious wine delivers intense, layered flavours of orchard fruits, a touch of pineapple, white flowers and a lick of salinity, followed by a long flinty, quite textural finish.
